Robert Nederlander, Sr.
Robert E. Nederlander, a successful entrepreneur, business leader and philanthropist for over 50 years, is Chairman & CEO of Nederlander Company LLC, owner and/or operator of Nederlander theatres outside New York City; a director of the Nederlander Organization, Inc., the owner and/or operator of nine Broadway theatres in New York City; and the President of Nederlander Television and Film Productions, Inc., the producer of award-winning programs for cable and network television.

Robert Nederlander, Jr.
PRESIDENT / CEO
Robert Nederlander, Jr. is a third generation member of the Nederlander family, one of the great dynasties of the American theatre. The Nederlander family of companies is, collectively, one of the largest theatre organizations in the world, with more than 30 theatres throughout North America and England, including nine theatres on Broadway in New York City. On an annual basis, more than 5 million people go to Nederlander theatres and have attended over 50 musical productions.

Miranda Xu
VICE PRESIDENT
Miranda Xu joined Nederlander in 2008 and is currently Vice President, Asia of Nederlander Worldwide Entertainment.
Ms. Xu is Nederlander’s US-based mixed-use cultural development coordinator for China and other international markets, international theater acquisition and development and the creation and operation of the company’s educational programs for domestic and international theatre professionals
From 2008 to 2017, she was part of the team that brought four Broadway shows to 27 Chinese cities and other Asian markets. Her responsibilities included marketing, contract negotiation and marketing and identifying sponsors.
Ms. Xu served as NWE’s research and market development coordinator in Asia for venue and mixed-use development projects.
Ms. Xu holds a master’s degree in Theater Arts Management from Miami University, a master’s degree on Film Studies from Communication University of China, and bachelor’s degree in management from Beijing Broadcasting Institute.

RAY CULLOM
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, VENUE OPERATIONS & AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT
Ray Cullom is an accomplished arts management professional with a 25-year track record in the successful and innovative management of performing arts venues and organizations throughout the USA and internationally through all stages of design, development, and successful operations. He was Nederlander’s Founding Executive Director of the Zorlu Center for the Performing Arts in Istanbul, Turkey, supervised the final stages of construction, the hiring and training of the senior staff, the formulation of programming and operations plans. Ray has held senior management positions with a number of prominent arts organizations throughout the USA, including the Tony Award Winning Long Wharf Theater in New Haven, Connecticut, The Blumenthal Center for the Performing Arts in Charlotte, NC, and the historic Theater Row complex of Off-Broadway Theaters on 42nd Street in New York City.

Geoff Cohen
GENERAL MANAGER
Recent projects: at Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Hotel and Casino where he managed GREASE and LET IT BE; his work on NEXT STOP BROADWAY; and a host of exciting new projects in development.
Notable work: Madison Square Garden / Radio City Entertainment, as Vice President/Producer for A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Ockrent/Ahrens/Menken with Jim Dale, Roger Daltry, Hal Linden, Roddy MacDowell, Tim Curry) and THE WIZARD OF OZ (NY and North American Tour with Roseanne, Mickey Rooney and Eartha Kitt); the interactive family entertainment PIP’S ISLAND; modern dance company Shen Wei Dance Arts; NY Recording Academy Honors Awards (with Melissa Etheridge, Joshua Bell, Michael Bolton, NeYo, Samantha Barks, Joan Osborne, others); among others. He co-created the groundbreaking New York Musical Theatre Festival (founding Executive Producer); worked at Paper Mill Playhouse as General Manager for a decade of excellence; spent 5 years as General Manager at the George Street Playhouse; and served as Company Manager on the original production of Athol Fugard's MASTER HAROLD...and the boys. Geoff is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.

Don Frantz
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Don Frantz joined Nederlander in 2007 as CEO of Nederlander’s first theatrical joint venture in China. In this capacity, he implemented Broadway standards for Nederlander’s presentations in China, including “42nd Street” the first national tour of a musical in China, performing in nine Chinese cities which was sponsored by AIG Insurance, Ticketmaster, American Airlines and Starbucks. He also supervised Nederlander’s Chinese venue management for backstage and front of house operations.
For more than 40 years, Mr. Frantz has been a major entertainment-industry professional, theatre manager and show producer in the USA and Asia. Among many other initiatives, he designed and supervised construction, programming and opening of an 850-seat amphitheater amidst the sand dunes of Alashan, Inner Mongolia.
Mr. Frantz was a founding member of Walt Disney Theatricals, where his responsibilities included serving as the associate producer on “Beauty and the Beast,” advisor on the renovation and opening of the 1747-seat New Amsterdam Theater on 42nd Street in NYC, and an Associate Producer for the Tony Award winning The Lion King.
